The Bates ExPI™ (Executive Presence Index) is a research-based, multi-rater assessment designed to measure and develop a leader’s ability to influence, align, and engage others. It evaluates executive presence across three dimensions—Character, Substance, and Style—using 15 distinct facets, providing actionable insights for leadership development.
