In 2002, she joined a firm working closely with the development sector, where she managed large recruitment projects for UN organizations and led a benchmarking initiative. This experience became a turning point, leading her to dedicate her career to the not-for-profit sector.

Over nearly 25 years, she contributed extensively to talent and organizational development in this space. After stepping away from full-time work in July 2023, she returned in 2024 to take on selective assignments, including talent identification for P4i and GHSI and serving as Virtual CHRO for DevInsights.

Indu believes that every sector needs compassionate and humane HR practices. Four decades into her career, she continues to learn, contribute, and support organizations in building people-centered workplaces.

His first professional experience was an internship at Youniq Minds, where he witnessed firsthand the strategic role HR plays in shaping organisational outcomes. That exposure sparked a lasting interest in the intersection of people, performance, and business growth.

He went on to work full-time in business development at an IT startup and later freelanced across IT and ed-tech sectors, gaining hands-on exposure to diverse market realities and operational challenges.

Today, he leads Business Development and Client Success at Youniq Minds, positioning HR not as a support function, but as a strategic lever that drives measurable business impact and long-term value creation.

Sameena’s professional journey began in the automobile industry, where she gained early exposure to service operations, backend sales, and CRM systems, building a strong operational foundation. She later transitioned into manufacturing, working with domestic and international clients while managing export–import processes and documentation.

A subsequent role in an engineering firm marked a turning point, where expanded responsibilities in HR and administration sparked her interest in people management and organisational practices.

While pursuing postgraduate studies in Human Resource Development, she joined Youniq Minds to gain hands-on exposure to structured HR practices. Today, she supports HR operations and client engagement, contributing to policy development, documentation, and process implementation in virtual environments.

She believes disciplined execution, transparent communication, and trust are essential to building effective, people-centric organisations.
