Youniq Minds was founded in 2019. The journey began with a simple belief: organisations grow sustainably when business strategy keeps people at the heart of progress. What started as a solo consulting effort has evolved into a “collective” one where HR leaders and talented professionals have joined because we share a common vision and belief. Today, we partner with founders, leaders, and HR teams, supporting them through HR consulting, Virtual CHRO services, leadership development, and coaching.
