Jyotsna, also known as Jo, is a Leadership coach. She assists individuals in developing leadership skills that propel them to the next level in their careers and lives. Jyotsna commenced her career as a management trainee and, over the span of 20 years, ascended the corporate ladder. She held various leadership positions, with her final role being the ‘Country Head of HR,’ before embarking on the creation of something ‘unique’ for herself and the professional community – ‘Youniq Minds.’
Her two-decade journey was marked by significant contributions, collaboration, and continuous learning. During the last three years of her corporate tenure, Jyotsna shifted her focus to coaching, recognizing its transformative nature as her true calling. Intrigued by this field, she pursued certifications and eventually left her full-time job to pursue Youniq Minds.
